In it, the author talks about the development and implementation of a debt-sharing strategy for the three largest banks in Kazakhstan, which were on the verge of bankruptcy after the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers. This strategy has become an international benchmark and has changed the understanding of trade finance by introducing the term and analysis of "true trade finance".
