Аннотация

The book examines the changes that laid the foundation for the modern judicial system, as well as the prerequisites for its establishment. Additionally, in 1949, the Judicial Organization Act was passed, which officially established a three-tiered independent judicial system in the Republic of Korea. Furthermore, in 1987, a new constitution was adopted, which established an independent judicial system, direct presidential elections, a constitutional court, and guaranteed fundamental human rights such as freedom of speech, religion, and association.
