Аннотация

This report examines current migration health issues in Central Asia, with a focus on Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan. It assesses the realization of migrants' right to health from a legal and sociological perspectives. It explores the health impact of migration in the Central Asian context and migrants' experience in accessing healthcare in destination countries, as well as trends in migration of health workers. Based on results, it outlines recommendations for government and non-government stakeholders to further realize migrants' right to health in the region.
